What Can Be Included
Depending on the agreed quote, Spring Cleaning may include:
- Whole-property dusting, vacuuming and mopping
- Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Reachable high and low areas
- Furniture-surface wiping and general tidying
- Attention to priority rooms or frequently used areas
The final checklist depends on the property size, current condition, available time and the areas you want the team to prioritise.
Optional Areas And Tasks
Selected cabinet or wardrobe interiors, appliance interiors, reachable windows and glass, balconies, and organising or decluttering support can be discussed before quoting. Please identify optional tasks before booking and share photos where possible.
How Spring Cleaning Differs From Deep Cleaning
Spring Cleaning is planned around an occasion and completion date. Deep Cleaning is more condition-led and is intended for properties that need intensive attention because of accumulated dirt, neglected areas or a broader cleaning requirement. If you are unsure which service fits, share photos and priorities with KleanSG.
What Is Not Included
Standard Spring Cleaning does not include post-renovation debris, hazardous-waste handling, mould remediation, pest-control treatment, upholstery or carpet treatment, exterior high-rise window cleaning or heavy furniture moving. Raise specialist requests before booking so KleanSG can advise whether they can be handled separately.
